Where our journey began
As a Sant'Anna student, after an internship at NASA, he founded JEBE, an association of students-consultants that worked with Microsoft, Ericsson, Enel and GE.
Between 2016 and 2017 Antonello passed 10+ interviews with the top consulting firms, joining McKinsey & Company in Milan office.
He coached 200+ candidates to prepare interviews, supporting them to achieve the offer (80+% success rate).
Left McKinsey he co-founded with former colleagues CAI, a consulting company focused on Sales and Customer Operations, being there Project Leader and Recruiting Director.
Graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering at Scuola Sant'Anna, he entered the business world after the experience at LSE founding JEBE, of which he was president and winner of the award "Best Italian Junior Initiative".
After working at NASA JPL laboratory he decided to start his career in strategy consulting. He faced 21 interviews with a 100% success rate and received an offer from each of the MBBs, finally choosing BCG.
He has successfully led the preparation of 100+ candidates, becoming a TSC Top-Coach. He specializes in quantitative cases and logical and analytical business case structuring.
He has a GMAT score of 780/800.
